Omni Pools did an excellent job renovating my outdoor spa / hot tube. My existing spa was installed 16 years ago. It included a water feature consisting of an over flow scupper and water catch basin. I wanted to eliminate the water feature due to ongoing maintenance challenges. In addition to removing the water feature, the skimmer and water auto-fill device had to be relocated within the wall of the spa, which required a complex rebuild of the spa wall. I spoke with a couple of pool companies. Michael of Omni Pools, understood the technical intricacies of the project and defined the approach. The renovation included reconstruction of part of the spa wall to incorporate the new skimmer and auto-fill, removal of the old faded concreate cap, installation of new tile, installation of new 5 cm travertine cap, reconfiguring the plumbing, rewiring the electrical (incased in new conduit), a light acid wash to restore the spa’s interior surface and reprogramming the controls.The Omni Pool crew and their subcontractors were all very skilled and professional. Scott (Construction Manager) was onsite every day work was being done. He kept me informed of each step, and answered all my questions. Shah (Construction Coordinator) effectively scheduled the various steps of the project.When problems were encountered, Omni Pools stepped up and promptly resolved the situation, all within the original quoted price.The finished spa looks great! I am very pleased with the results, and highly recommend Omni Pools. - 3/11/2026

We reached out to a number of pool companies but very quickly decided to go with Omni. The confidence they displayed that they could resurrect our pool along with some nice design changes put us at ease immediately.
