Omni provided excellent service and accomplished our pool demolition. Everyone we worked with at Omni communicated well and addressed our concerns and questions at every stage of our project. Ventura was amazing, in detailing the bid for the project and offered excellent options when he visited our home to scout the site. He made sure we understood the quote and that all of our important project goals were incorporated. Jon was our site foreman and work supervisor. He walked the site with us prior to work beginning and at the conclusion of the job to make sure we were pleased with the results. Jon was professional, experienced, and even stepped in during challenging issues to make sure the work was done well. He was very impressive. The work crew guys were experienced, respected our home, and accomplished the work effectively. Finally, Shar worked diligently from the office to coordinate the complex project timeline, made sure to all was in order, coordinated communication, and made sure schedules were articulated. We had started the process to get quotes from multiple companies in Jan2025. We received a quote from other companies first but wanted to ensure the best quality and pricing by getting multiple bids. At first it appeared that Omni was not going to quote us when a sales rep had not set up a meeting with us after multiple weeks. After emailing their office to let them know we were surprised they did not want our business, we received multiple calls the same day and they got us a meeting next day. Comparing the multiple bids, Omni had a higher price by around $2-3 thousand, but their level of design expertise, and confidence in their timeline ultimately won out over the other companies. Omni has a much higher level of professionalism than the other companies we interviewed and received quotes from. Overall during the building phase all of the people were friendly and could tell they took pride in their work. Omni had a very aggressive timeline and they would have made it if not for our HOA approval taking an excessive amount of time. We are very happy we went with them to dig an in ground trampoline and constructing the pool of our dreams. - 7/29/2025

We are very happy with how our pool turned out using Omni. Dave was great to work with in the design phase and helped outline the process. He didn’t push us to add anything we didn’t want or need and was mindful of our budget. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Allysa and Francisco during the build process. They were quick to address any concerns or issues we had. From ground breaking to fill day was approximately 30 business days. Other companies quoted us 4 to 5 month build times. Omni Pool Builders nailed it! I met with 4 different pool builders. I was looking for a company that’s been around for awhile, has the knowledge, experience and creativity. I met with Dave and shared my dream backyard and pool wishlist with him. I wanted a complete package and his design absolutely blew me away! One of my concerns was the time line. I wanted my pool done by summer time! This summer, not next summer. Everyone said it couldn’t be done…except Omni! Everyone said “they’re lying to ya. It can’t be done!” They starting digging March 19th and the pool start up was complete on June 2nd! Not only did they complete my pool in time for summer but they completely turned my yard into my own private oasis. I have my own waterfall cascading down beautiful, natural rocks into the pool along with Palm trees, artificial grass, silver travertine pool deck and walkways, a dog run enclosed by beautiful wrought iron fencing, irrigation to keep it lush and free pool service for 3 months! What more could a girl ask for? Ok maybe a cabana boy but I thought that might be pushing it 😁 Everyone that came to work on my pool was polite and respectful. Omni Pool Builders exceeded my expectations and is an outstanding company - 6/28/2025
